This Player Vault site is operated by Eastes Media, an independent sports broadcaster, on the Player Vault platform built by SquadWorks.ai (its own privacy policy covers the platform provider). It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Pratt High School.
Public pages show sports roster information (names, jersey numbers, positions, season statistics, game highlights, and photos) compiled by the broadcaster from public broadcasts and publicly available sources such as published rosters, game programs, and public athletic records. The site publishes public game and broadcast content only — it does not make private personal information about any athlete public.
Many athletes shown on this site are minors, so this line matters and we state it plainly: this site publishes information from public broadcasts and public game records; it does not knowingly collect personal information from minors, and it does not solicit information from anyone under 13. No part of this site is directed to children under 13, and our forms are for adults (parents, guardians, school staff, and adult athletes). If you believe a child under 13 has submitted information through any form on this site, contact us using the details below and we will delete it. We honor the federal Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA); school records covered by FERPA are the school’s to protect, and this site neither receives nor publishes them — only public game results and public broadcast material.
No advertising trackers. These pages carry no ads, ad trackers, or third-party analytics.
No selling or sharing of data. We do not sell or share information about anyone — athlete or visitor — with advertisers or data brokers.
No profiles of athletes for marketing. Athlete pages exist for broadcast coverage only; we do not build marketing or advertising profiles of athletes, and never will on this platform.
Removal request form (/remove): player name, school, your relationship to the player, your contact details, and an optional note. It is stored so the request can be tracked to completion and emailed to the broadcaster, who actions it. It is used only to process the removal, kept while the request is open and for up to one year afterward as a record that it was honored, then deleted.
“Get your own Player Vault” form (/your-vault): your name, school or organization, role, email, phone, and setup notes. This is a sales inquiry: it is stored and forwarded to SquadWorks.ai, the platform provider, who will contact you about the Player Vault product and handles it under the SquadWorks privacy policy. It is kept for up to two years after our last contact with you, then deleted; you can request earlier deletion at any time. It is not shared with anyone else or used for any other purpose.
Claim and manage the profile. An athlete (or their parent or guardian) can be sent a private link to claim their own profile and submit changes to their photo and personal details (social links, commitment, and similar — not game statistics). Every submitted change is reviewed by the broadcaster before it appears publicly. Ask the broadcaster or email codyeastes@eastesmedia.com for a claim link.
Remove the player from public pages. A parent, guardian, or the athlete can ask for the player to be hidden from every public page at any time using the removal request form. Removal requests are honored readily — the broadcaster is notified immediately, the request is tracked until done, and removal hides the player from public rosters, player pages, matchup and program pages, and public photos, typically within a few days. One honest caveat: manually curated record-book tables (imported from PDFs of school records) may require separate manual editing — mention record pages in your request and the broadcaster is prompted to check them when actioning it. The broadcaster’s private broadcast-prep notes are not affected; removal covers public display.
Public pages set no tracking cookies. A session cookie exists only for the broadcaster’s own login. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives standard web request data (such as your IP address) when the page loads.
We use reasonable technical measures to protect the information handled here: all traffic is encrypted in transit, form submissions are stored in access-controlled infrastructure, and the broadcaster’s tools sit behind authenticated login. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but the small amount of data these forms collect is held carefully and used only as described above.
